Bangin' Bachelorette Bingo Weekend {Part 4}

Having a co-ed weekend in Vegas made it really fun for me. I liked having FH there and being able to join in the festivities, yet at the same time being able to do my own thing with my ladies. In celebration of this, my brother was able to get us a major hook up at the House of Blues, Mandalay Bay. We had the New Orleans room and our co-ed party headed out for dinner (Teaser photos)

SIL, Bro, Me and FH

Bro & me - doesn't he seem so happy to take a photo with me lol

Striking a Pose

Table full of my hawt ladies!!!

A few of my HS friends who made quite a showing :)

One of my closest friends in DC. She's an amazing cook, should have a 2nd residence in Vegas and has a love for the weirdest things (snakes, spiders, etc...) Gotta love her!

My familial unit - cousins and sil. We ROCK!

A Group shot (a few of the hubbies were missing b/c they were taking the photos)

My MOH/Cousin had shirts made. All my ladies had nicknames on their backs (nicknames i call them) and 10 for the year we are getting married.

And a frontal shot...

Stay tuned. Dinner is NOT over. In fact, I had to save the following for a whole other post.  I got gifts. I said "no gifts" b/c it was a lot of money to fly/drive to LV from (CA through DC/NY) on top of hotel fees and other stuff... but i did get quite a bit of gifts. Next post - the contract and "product reviews" i'm supposed to do on some of these gifts. Please note... not for those who may be easily offended. LOL

Bangin' Bachelorette Bingo Weekend {Part 3}

The next stop was David's in Las Vegas! I had made an appointment hoping we'd be able to make it (but i wasn't gonna force it if we weren't in the mood), and my ladies were all up for it. In fact, having a few drinks pre-David's kinda made the experience more fun... One of my lovely BM's brought along her camera and took a few photos!

My MOH being herself... silly as ever!

Suz trying to feel the dresses...

Again, the MOH checking out the various options! LOL

MOH trying to see if yellow "will work"

Action shot of my ladies while they were trying on dresses

And another one. David's was a bit hectic and taking 6 ladies in with me didn't make it any less chaotic, but our sales person rocked and was very willing to work with us

And MOH with her favorite find of the day!

Not having one of my ladies with us made making a decision hard. In fact, a decision wasn't made - but we definitely got one step closer. My FSIL is 8.5 months pregnant with my future god-daughter/niece so she wasn't able to make the trip. It was a bummer but she's been pretty amiable through this whole thing - so i think she will like the top choice. Once the approval comes in, we will probably order our dresses. Stay tuned for the BM dress choice soon!

Bangin' Bachelorette Bingo Weekend {Part 2}

So day 2 started out with some fun in the sun. But before pool time, we had to have breakfast!  Here I am with double fisting... My beloved FH had a Bloody Mary waiting for me at breakfast and I came down with my very own Red Bull and Vodka :)

Don't you love the cup? Remember when i won those?

Here's a pic of FH before we parted way after breakfast!

And then it was POOL TIME!!! A few of my ladies joined me by the pool for some quality Bloody Mary's and bonding...

One of my best friends from law school and a bridesmaid!!!

Suz arrived that morning and came straight to the pool! :)

Here is my Cousin and MOH  striking a pose!

Here I am ... ready to head back up for a shower before my bm's and I headed to David's to try on some dresses ! :)

Bangin' Bachelorette Bingo Weekend {Part 1}

So the weekend started off with a rough start. Still feeling under the weather added with being on east coast time, i turned in early friday to rest of for the festivities of the official Bachelorette Par tay Day.  However, the day was very productive. Before picking up my bro and SIL up and hitting the grocery for some necessities (water, red bull, alcohol etc...), FH and I made our first pit stop even before we checked into the hotel...

That's right. In n Out. FH got a double double cheeseburger with plain fries and I indulged in a Cheeseburger animal style and fries animal style...

My Bangin' Bachelorette Bingo Weekend was off to a good start! Here's a few photos of Vegas via one of my BM's fabulous photography skills :)

Best of Both Worlds

So, how excited was I, that I was able to join my niece in some serious musical fun. I often get teased b/c i readily admit that i love the disney channel. I love the shows and I love the disney stars... and i choose to think they will grow up to be good role models... yes, i know. I am naive. But i am rooting for them - hoping they can pull it off, stay on track and not turn into a train wreck as often disney stars do...

So knowing that, you can imagine how much my 6 year old niece and i have in common. Yes, I know... sad, right? NO WAY! it's just one more way for me to bond with her and we did just that on Tuesday night.... THAT'S Right... MILEY CYRUS CONCERT BABY!!!!!!!

Here's a few pics from the evening!

Yes, we were all dressed in Hannah Montana or Miley Cyrus clothes. And Yes, my SIL and I were wearing matching shirts. We ROCK like that lol

At Nokia... me trying to mirror MJ, but alas, my legs are too short and my arse is too wide lol

My nice and I... check out our glow in the dark jewelry and her peep toe heels (such a diva)

My brother and my niece. This was not a planned goofy pic, but i guess - like father like daughter.

Me and my niece, she just got those two front teeth pulled recently.

and here are some of Miley!

I do admit. we had a blast. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. But i can say that Miley has grown up, but her core audience age group hasn't - and i kinda think the concert may have been a bit too mature for the kids 15 and under - but then again - i'm a bit of a prude in that regard. Great times. Great memories. I had a blast! :)

Rehearsal Meal Tasting

My Mother and Sister in Law went to check out the potential rehearsal dinner venue at Brio Tuscany Grill in Dana Point. It wasn't as close as we anticipated to the St. Regis (.50 miles instead of 2 blocks) and the restaurant was cute itself but it was in a strip mall (weird)... but here is a few pics of the location...

The layout of the restaurant has a L shaped Patio that outlines the restaurant and bar area. This causes concern as it may create a rift between the flow of the party festivities... thoughts?

The bread and buttery spread were pretty good

Minestrone Soup

Bruschetta

Manicotti

Ravioli

Shrimp Scampi

We haven't booked yet, and the owner was away on vacay, but i think there's a good chance that this is where we may have our rehearsal meal...
