So since I am all about weddings, I have to share the
Ritz-Carlton, Rose Hall Montego Bay as a Destination Wedding or for locals, a Wedding Venue. I warn you that this will be a bit picture heavy post, because this one resort has so many different options to completely customize your event, that it truly is going to be difficult to cover everything in one post.
And lucky for me, I was able to actually do more than just photograph spots on the resort for weddings, I was able to experience first hand what a wedding reception and dinner on the beach would be like
and was able to experience this all by dining with the lovely folks who make everything run smoothly at the
Ritz-Carlton, Rose-Hall, Montego Bay: Tony Mira (General Manager), Catherine Ryan (Director of Sales & Marketing), Karen Stephenson (Wedding Sales Manager), Michele Gray (Public Relations Coordinator), Thierrry Connault aka referred to as "Chef"(Executive Chef, Joerg Delin (Director of Food & Beverage), Cameon Robinson (MSE Coordinator), Gavin Bailey (Travel Industry Sales Coordinator), Claire Tabak (Public Relations Coordinator,
The Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Caribbean & Mexico) and that was just to name a few...
We were served drinks and mingled by the elegantly placed Tall Boys, a variety of rum punch and "No Problem" drinks which I think contained a coconut rum and amaretto amongst other things while hor d'oeuvres were being served. The Chef prepared a delicious dinner for us which included
 |
| Ceviche Trio with Shrimp: Coconut & Mango, Cilantro & Cucumber, and Tomato & Scotch Bonnet |
 |
| Coconut & Lemon Grass Soup with Lobster and Pepper Oil |
 |
| Chicken Breast Roulade, Jerked Corn Bread & Coconut Filling with caramelized Pineapple Sauce and an island staple Bread Fruit Fries |
 |
| Pot de Creme Flight: Passion fruit, Coconut & Blue Mountain Espresso cremes |
 |
| Sea Shell, Turtle and Fish Chocolates |
All the while enjoying this deliciously and unique meal by this view...
Could life get any better?

wow this is so awesome!!!
That's definitely awesome. I love the food and the place itself. I always wanted to have my wedding on a beach.
long island wedding venues
Same here, Sam. I've always wanted a wedding οn аn exotic beach somewhere in the Caribbean. There's such a relaxed elegance to it. I love the color of their motif.
I had great craze of wedding venue at boat and deep water, like it is a big floating hotel. Please suggest me any floating hotel in New Jersey. Thanks.
The shade of aquamarine and white are perfect with the orange sunset. I've been to beautiful Long Island weddings but haven't seen something as peaceful and refreshing as this one.
Everything about this wedding is perfect. The beach, the sunset, the color and the foods. I particularly love the sea animal figured candies and chocolates for desserts.
